No Bake Butterfinger Cheesecake Pie with an Oreo Crust is out of this world delicious! An easy, impressive dessert recipe that always gets rave reviews!
This easy dessert recipe has it all. Cheesecake? Check! No Bake? Check! Peanut butter and chocolate? Check! Oreos and Butterfinger? Double check!! I promise this is one of the best pies you will ever eat. No one needs to know how easy it is to make!
While considering what recipe I should share with my favorite readers (yes, YOU!) today, I realized how few pies I have here on Back for Seconds. Shame on me! Now, if you are reading this thinking, “I’m not much of a baker, I could never make this pie.” stop right there! I pinkie promise this is a super simple recipe. It just takes a few steps, but they are all very easy!
The crust is 2 ingredients and you don’t even have to bake it. See? Easy.
The filling takes 2 minutes to whip up. Maybe 3. Or 5 if you have lots of tiny little helpers like I do 🙂
The topping is totally optional (however, I do recommend it!). No special skills are required. Just drizzle, sprinkle, and arrange Oreos and whipped cream around the edges. Easy peasy.
The hardest part is maintaining self control when eating a slice. You will want to eat the whole pie. This part is pretty difficult, so I suggest sharing with friends or family so you aren’t tempted. Plus everyone you share with will now want to be your best friend. Win win!
(See the torment my little guy has to endure while I take photos? You should have seen the crowd of children I had around me during this photoshoot. Poor kids, ha!)
Enjoy!

I love Butterfingers. Will look for the Butterfinger baking bits. I don’t remember seeing them, but bet one of our stores will have them.
