Incredibly rich, soft and chewy cookies, loaded with chocolate, honey roasted peanuts, and peanut butter chips. Cookie Heaven!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350* | |

In a large bowl cream together butter, sugars, and cocoa powder until fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time. Gradually add in salt, baking soda, and flour until well combined. Stir in peanuts and chips. | |

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 7 minutes. Cool on wire racks. Store at room temperature in a sealed container. |

Made these today. Left out the big lumpy bits since I don’t like big hard lumps in cookies, but added a bag of mini chocolate chips. They weren’t chewy, but they taste pretty amazing.
