Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Pie {Gluten Free}

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (I use Planters)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Filling
- 8oz cream cheese (softened)
- 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter (Planters)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl mix together the crust ingredients and press into the bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9" pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes. | |

In a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add in the egg, sour cream and salt and mix until well combined. Add in the sugar and mix on low until incorporated and on high for 30 seconds. Pour into baked cookie crust and smooth the top. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool. Top with peanuts and chocolate syrup if desired. Store in the refrigerator. |
