This Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Pie {Gluten Free} is for serious peanut butter lovers! It would be perfect for holiday parties, too!
Oh, peanut butter lovers, do I have a pie for you!! This Easy Homemade Peanut Butter Pie is like a combination of cheesecake, peanut butter pie, and a peanut butter cookie, all in one! It’s peanut butter heaven on a plate. Did I mention it’s gluten free too? All of the ingredients are common things you probably already have on hand, but there is nothing common or ordinary about this pie!
My inspiration for this recipe came from Planters peanut butter. Gah! So good! You can get coupons to save up to $20 on this peanut butter and other select Kraft products available at Target here. When I made this cheesecake a few months ago, I knew I needed to make another pie with a cookie crust, It’s just SO good!! Then I had a great idea to use my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe for the crust. It’s simple – just 3 ingredients, gluten free, and ridiculously delicious.
Since the pie crust is gluten free, why not make the whole pie gluten free? It was so easy to do! I didn’t have to use any special ingredients, and now even more people can enjoy this pie. It’s a total win-win!
The pie filling is like a cross between cheesecake and peanut butter pie. It is smooth and silky, rich and creamy, and undeniable peanut buttery! It pairs so wonderfully with the chewy cookie crust and crunchy peanut topping. This pie is rich – you only need a small slice to satisfy your cravings. Grab a cup of coffee or a glass of milk and enjoy a slice of peanut butter heaven!
