Cookies and Cream Peanut Butter Cookies

Cookie lovers, rejoice! Now you don't have to choose between peanut butter cookies and Oreos. With Cookies and Cream Peanut Butter Cookies you get both!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups unsalted butter
- 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 20 Oreos (chopped)
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Note
If cookies are too puffy, flatten them slightly with the back of a spatula immediately after baking.

Preheat oven to 350 In a large bowl cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars. Add in the eggs, salt, and vanilla, and mix well. Add the corn starch and slowly mix in the flour until combined. Stir in the Oreos and chocoalte chips. | |

Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet 2" apart. Bake for 6 minutes. Let cookies rest on baking sheet for 2 minutes before moving them to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container. |
