Cookies and Cream Peanut Butter Cookies

I have a confession to make. I do this more often than I probably should.  Anyone else with me??

In case you didn’t know, peanut butter and Oreos are kind of perfect together. These cookies should have been made ages ago – what took me so long to come up with this yummy recipe?

These peanut butter cookies are chewy and packed with flavor, and the crunch from the Oreo chunks gives them such a great texture! These are perfect for dunking in milk or coffee!

I think next time I will add chocolate chips into the dough to give another layer of texture…and because more chocolate is never a bad idea 😉
