Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients
Bars
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- dash salt
- 3/4 cups peanut butter chips
Topping
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cups peanut butter chips

| Step 1 | |
| In a mixing bowl beat together butter, cocoa, and sugars until creamy. Add in 3 TBS milk and salt and mix well. Add flour, mixing slowly until well combined. If dough Is too thick add another TBS milk. Mix in chips. Press dough into a parchment lined 8" pan. set aside. | |

| In a small bowl, melt the peanut butter and chips in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. stir until smooth. Pour and spread evenly over bars. Let set before cutting. Store in the refrigerator. | |
