The Best Homemade Banana Pudding Recipe
Forget about store bought box mixes, this is The Best Homemade Banana Pudding Recipe and it's so easy to make! Rich and creamy and filled with real bananas!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 Large ripe bananas (mashed with 2 tsp lemon juice)

Directions

Step 1
In a large sauce pan whisk together all custard ingredients, except vanilla and bananas, over medium heat. Continue whisking and bring to a boil. Let boil for one minute.
Step 2
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and bananas. Let cool, then cover and chill to thicken.
