This Low Carb Keto Sausage and Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner is a 30 minute meal that the whole family will enjoy - whether you're eating low carb or not! Skip the cheese for a dairy free option.
- 1lb Kielbasa (Sliced)
- 4 cups small cauliflower florets
- 1 cup baby carrots (sliced in half lengthwise)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt (to taste)
- 3/4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoons dried thyme
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|Preheat oven to 425* |
Add all ingredients (except the cheese) to a bowl, and toss to coat evenly with oil and seasonings.
|Pour onto a greased sheet pan in a single layer. Cook for 25 minutes. |
Sprinkle with cheese and cook until melted (2 minutes or so).
