Glazed Blueberry Cake Donuts
These Glazed Blueberry Cake Donuts are easy to make at home, and everyone will love them! They are baked, not fried, and they come together so quickly!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- dash nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
Glaze
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. In a separate bowl whisk together the egg, butter, milk, yogurt, and vanilla. Gently stir the dry into the wet, and mix just until combined. Stir in blueberries. | |

Fill a greased donut pan 3/4 of the way full and bake for about 9 minutes. Let cool slighty before removing from pan and glazing. | |

In a small bowl whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until a glaze forms. It should be a glue like texture. Add more sugar too thicken, or more milk to thin it out, as needed. Dip tops of donuts into glaze, or spoon glaze over each donut. |
