Cookies and Cream Brownie Cookies are soft and chewy, filled with chocolate, oreos, M&M's and mint, they are impossible to resist! Perfect Christmas Cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped oreo cookies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Andes Mint Baking Pieces
  • 1 cup M&M's

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, oil, and sugars.
Step 2
Add cocoa powder and mix well.
Step 3
Add peppermint, eggs, and salt and mix until combined.
Step 4
Add cornstarch, baking soda, and baking powder, and mix.
Step 5
Add flour and mix just until combined.
Stir in baking chips, oreos, and candy.
Step 6
Drop dough by rounded 2 TBS scoops onto a silicone baking mat or parchment lined cookie sheet 2" apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Let cool on sheet a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
