Butterfinger Fudge Brownies

Homemade Butterfinger Fudge Brownies are a rich, fudgy treat always met with rave reviews. An easy dessert perfect for chocolate and peanut butter lovers!
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup Butterfinger baking bits
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Butterfinger baking bits
|Preheat oven to 350 |
In a large glass bowl, melt the butter completely.
Stir in cocoa and sugars.
Mix in eggs, one at a time.
Mix in salt and flour until incorporated.
Stir in Butterfingers.
Spread into a greased 9x23" baking pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until tester inserted into the middle of the brownies comes out mostly clean or with fudgy crumbs.
|In a small bowl, heat the chocolate and milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. If not melted, heat another 20 seconds. |
Spread over brownies.
|Melt peanut butter in a small bowl in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Drizzle over brownies. |
Sprinkle with Butterfingers.
Store covered at room temperature.
