3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies {Gluten Free}
Easy 3 Ingredient chewy old fashioned peanut butter cookies. Gluten free, and absolutely divine!

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 egg

In a medium bowl, beat together all ingredients until well combined. Roll dough into 1 1/2" balls and set on an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Using the back of a fork, press down to gently flatten the cookie slightly, leaving imprints from the prongs going down the middle. Repeat, this time at a perpendicular angle to the last imprint. Bake for 8 minutes and allow to cool for 5 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to racks. | |

If desired, melt 4 oz chocolate and dip half of each cookie. Immediately top with M&M's or sprinkles and place on wax paper until chocolate is set. Store in a sealed container at room temperature, |
