Pumpkin Spice Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies
Serves 48
Pumpkin Spice Oreo Chocolate Chip Cookies are a must make for fall! Pumpkin pie meets cookies and cream meets chocolate chip cookies. What could be better?

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cups brown sugar
  • 2/3 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 14 Oreos (chopped)
  • 3/4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl beat the cooled, melted butter with sugars and pumpkin. Add pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, egg, and salt and mix well. Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour and mix until combined. Stir in Oreos and chips and chill for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 375. Drop by 2 TBS on a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet at least 2" apart. Bake 8-9 minutes. Allow to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container.
These freeze well, too!
