Milky Way Cheesecake Brownies
Serves 36
Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 35 minutes
Total time 50 minutes
These Milky Way Cheesecake Brownies combine the perfect fudgy brownie with smooth, creamy cheesecake, and gooey milky way candy bars. An impressive dessert!

Ingredients

  • 10oz Milky Way candy bars (chopped)

Brownies

  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour

Cheesecake

  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Brownies
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a large glass bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in sugars and cocoa powders until completely combined. Add salt and eggs one at a time until incorporated. Stir in flour just until combined. Spread batter evenly into greased 9x13" baking pan and sprinkle with 2/3 of the candy bars. Set aside.
Cheesecake
Step 2
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until light and creamy. Add sour cream, egg, vanilla, and sugar and mix well. Pour over brownies as evenly as possible and gently swirl with a knife. Top with remaining candy and bake 35 minutes. Let cool, then cover and chill at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.

I bet it’s hard to keep you kids away from your wonderful sweets. I just have one big kid (my husband) and he is always trying to eat my sweets before the photos are done. You are the best Brownies, Blondies and Bars maker. 🙂
