Milk and Cookies Fudge
No fail Milk and Cookies Fudge is a fun take on everyone's favorite treat - milk and cookies! Chewy chocolate chip cookies swirled throughout creamy fudge!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped chocolate chip cookies (frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
Line an 8" pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large glass bowl heat the white chocolate and condensed milk in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Quickly stir in frozen cookies and pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Once set, cut into small squares and store in a sealed container.

Any kind of premade cookies. Make them yourself or buy whatever kind you like best. Either way works! 🙂

You can do either way! I used homemade because I had some on hand, but either way works 🙂

Easy quick dessert to make..I added more cookies but they didn’t look like your picture, more like a marble look..also first batch I chopped them too small..I think it’s better to add more & cut in bigger prices to break up the fudge

Do you chop the cookies before you freeze them or after?

Thank you! I decided I would chop them afterwards too and I’m about to make this right now. Very excited to see how it turns out since I’ve never made fudge before. Thanks again!

Do you use raw cookie dough or cook the cookies and then freeze them for the recipe?

Hi Susan! I used cookies already baked. You could use store bought cookies to make things quicker, but I had some chocolate chip cookies already made in the freezer. Hope you enjoy!

Okay I am a little confused about the frozen cookie part…can someone explain

Sorry for the confusion. I use my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe and freeze several cookies for this recipe. The reason for freezing them first is so the chips don’t melt and the cookies don’t fall apart while mixing into the hot fudge mixture. Hope that helps!

I’m in a bind – do you think I could just freeze chips ahoy cookies? The “chewy” ones maybe?
