Italian Funfetti Wedding Cookies or Snowballs

|Cook time||9 minutes|

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
|In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. |
Add salt, almond and vanilla extracts and mix well.
Mix in flour until well combined.
Stir in sprinkles.
Cover and chill dough for at least an hour.
|Preheat oven to 350. |
Roll dough into 1" balls an place 2" apart on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 9 minutes.
|Allow cookies to cool for 3 minutes before rolling in powdered sugar until completely coated. |
Allow cookies to cool completely before storing in a sealed container.
