Healthy Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies

Healthy Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies
Serves 18
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 10 minutes
Total time 15 minutes
Who says you can't have cookies for breakfast? Healthy Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies are perfect for squashing your inner cookie monster with zero guilt!

Ingredients

  • 2 Large very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Note

These cookies taste best warm. The ones we didn't eat right away, we warmed in the toaster oven. Mmmmmm

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Stir together first 5 ingredients until very well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 2
Drop by 2 TBS scoops onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges start to brown.

    Breakfast cookies are the best breakfast food. 😀 And they’re actually healthy?! Love! So many “breakfast cookies” have like 1 cup of sugar of in them. I’d much rather have these!

    This recipe Looks easy and great to use, I’m always looking for a simple recipe to use. Most recipes I find are made with ing. I’ll never use other then once. I personally can’t see spending money on food or Ing. I’ll use once . Thanks
