Fully Loaded Hot Fudge Bars

Fully Loaded Hot Fudge Bars

Fully Loaded Hot Fudge Bars
Serves 30
Prep time 15 minutes
Cook time 25 minutes
Total time 40 minutes

A chocolate peanut buttery crust layered with a creamy fudge filling, topped with peanut butter cups and more chocolate goodness. Unbelievably good!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 1 cup Nutter Butter cookies (finely crushed)
  • 3/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk

Filling

  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 jar hot fudge sauce

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter cups (chopped)

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Crust
Step 2
Mix together all of the crust ingredients. Reserve 3/4 cup and press the rest into a greased 13x9" pan.
Filling
Step 3
Mix together cream cheese and hot fudge and spread onto crust.
Topping
Step 4
Sprinkle the chocolate chips, peanut butter cups and reserved crust mixture over the filing.
Step 5
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and chill before cutting. Keep refrigerated.
