I had so many ideas for cookie dough treats running through my mind, but these truffles are unlike any I’ve ever seen before, so they needed to be made asap!
The cookie dough is egg free and safe to eat. Good thing too, because I did a fair share of taste testing these yummy truffles! They are cinnamon sugar cookie dough perfection surrounded by white chocolate and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar on top. My kids went crazy for these! Ok, so did I…they are just SO GOOD! Go ahead and give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!
