These Double Chocolate Heath Bars are chewy and fudgy, loaded with melty chocolate, and topped with a crust made of Heath toffee bits! So easy and SO yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup Heath toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350 In a large mixing bowl beat the butter, cocoa, and sugar until well combined. Add the salt, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well. Gradually add in the flour, mixing just until incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips. | |

Spread into a greased 9x13" pan and top evenly with toffee bits. bake for about 20 minutes. Do not overbake, you want these to be fudgy! Cool and cut into bars. Store tightly covered. |
